Full Membership in Veterans For Peace -

Full members are U.S. military veterans or veterans of a foreign nation residing in the U.S. They may also be merchant marines or other U.S. citizens who have served in a professional capacity with or in service to the U.S. armed forces in an area and during a period of war, conflict, or other hostile activity.
Full members must submit a copy of their military discharge, DD-214 or other form of acceptable documentation for verification and filing.
Full members must subscribe to the purpose, goals, and ideals of VFP, and pay national dues (see below.)
All members of the U.S. Armed Forces on active duty who wish to join Veterans For Peace will be given free membership for one yearwhile on active duty.

Associate Membership -

Associate members are non-veterans and are entitled to all the rights and privileges of full members except: (a) voting for and holding office at the national level, and (b) holding office of president or vice-president at the chapter level.
Associate members are encouraged to attend chapter meetings and national conventions, and may vote on all resolutions.
Associate members must subscribe to the purpose, goals, and ideals of VFP, and pay national dues.

Chapter Membership

All VFP members and others interested are invited to attend Sonoma County Chapter 71 meetings and activities. The chapter meets at 7 pm on the second Monday of every month in the northwest meeting room of the Santa Rosa Veterans Hall. Click herefor more details. Chapter phone: (707) 573-6047
